What is the manufacturing time? Recommend holders require four weeks to be completed. Ship time is extra.
Can I rush my order? No. Sorry about that. Manufacturing time is always close to four weeks.
Can I create holders in different languages? Of course! We produce recommend holders for members throughout the world. Our design for the Helsinki Finland Temple features seven languages!
How do you ship the recommend holders? Our preferred shipping partner is FedEx. We have very competitive FedEx rates and they provide a reliable solution for worldwide shipping. However, we can also ship using USPS, UPS or DHL.
Can you overnight packages? No problem! We will do our best to accommodate your deadlines.
Can I pick up my order and avoid shipping costs? Yes! We are located in Kaysville, Utah. Let us know if you would like to pick up your order and you will not be charged shipping costs.
Will you create our recommend holder design? We will gladly do so. Simply share your images and ideas and we will get to work! We will email a proof to you and make requested modifications until the design is perfect.
Can we create the design? We welcome your completed designs! Please contact us and we will email you our design template. Our design template includes exact dimensions and bleed instructions.
Are the minimum order quantities? Yes. 50 units is the minimum order quantity.
How many can we order? You may order any amount in 50 unit increments (50, 100, 150 etc.).
Do you offer large quantity discounts? Yes! Orders 50-450 cost $1.99 each. Orders 500+ cost $1.75 each.
How do I get started? Ordering recommend holders are EASY. Simply email us your design ideas and we will promptly provide you with design options. Once the proof is approved, we will get to work.
Can I make custom “no-flip” holders? Absolutely! Our “no-flip” recommend holders are very popular and are perfect for custom orders. Let us know if you have any questions.
